Wikileaks said it was a leak, not a hack. UK Ambassador Craig Murray reported that he facilitated the leak. Deputy National Security Advisor Steve Pieczenik reported that it was a leak.
CIA official, William Binney, reported last July that the NSA had Hillary's emails.
The DNC refused to turn its server over for analysis.
National Intelligence Director Jim Clapper was the guy who removed all references to Al-Qaeda from the Benghazi report. He also refused to consent that Benghazi attack was not a demonstration for a month after the truth came out.
Jim Clapper also claimed regarding the intelligence Iraq WMD report "My fingerprints were on that national intelligence estimate".
He also lied under oath that the NSA was not collecting information on million of Americans.
Not all intelligence agencies share the report's confidence, including the NSA.
The timing of this is also suspect.
The report cites no sources or methods as to how it arrived at its conclusion. We are expected to believe it just because they say so.
20 former intelligence officials, including Scott Ritter, asked Obama to release evidence of Russian interference. They made a good case of evidence that would be available. Obama did not.
Anyone who does not think that the CIA and other agencies are not politicized, has not spent much time in bureaucracies.
It was not the Russians.
