This is a practical rifle clinic intended to take you, as a rifle shooter, from your current capability to a higher level of understanding & capability. See my BIO page for my creds & experience.
We'll start with a basic evaluation drill & take it from there covering as much of the the following as possible:
Fundamentals of marksmanship
Weapon & optic setup
Basic ballistics theory & terminal ballistics discussion
Spotting scope use for others & yourself
Wind reading & how to compensate for it
Close-range demo & sight height considerations
Usage of a tight sling, bipods, tripods & other improvised stability aids
Shortcuts for speed when needed
Required Gear List:
Rifle (zeroed, cleaned & ready to train)
Ammunition (don't stress over volume - bring what you have, but at least 100 rounds are recommended)
